Job Placement Assistance
GOLD COAST TRADE SCHOOL maintains active career advising and placement assistance. Although the school does not guarantee employment, each instructor and placement personnel will make every attempt to provide career assistance to each graduate. Throughout the course, the school offers workshops in job application completion and interviewing techniques; placement staff will be available to answer individual questions about placement and job leads. Upon graduation, the student’s name is recorded in a placement register for the follow-up process. Placement assistance is provided by reviewing the listings of prospective employers seeking employees, their job requirements, salary, and other pertinent information. Students are referred to interviews and the results of these interviews are recorded in the placement register. The school may show prospective students this register upon request. Graduates may send emails or call for appointments with the Placement Office, which provide job leads, either locally or within proximate vicinity, as available.
